Peace Corps Celebrates 65 Years of Service in Ghana

Ghana and the United States marked 65 years of Peace Corps partnership, honoring thousands of volunteers who've served in remote communities since 1961.

The West African nation was the first country to welcome Peace Corps volunteers under a historic agreement between Presidents Kennedy and Nkrumah.
