Perth Builds 174 Affordable Apartments in $100M Project

Western Australia is investing over $100 million to build a 30-story apartment tower in Perth's heart, bringing 174 affordable and social housing units to people who need them most.

The project is part of a historic wave of 21 developments adding 1,500 homes statewide.
