Philadelphia Graduates 'Gateway to Success' Class

Formerly incarcerated individuals in Philadelphia walked across Temple University's stage Friday after completing a workforce training program designed to launch new careers.

The city's Office of Public Safety program combines job skills with therapy and behavioral support for lasting change.
