Philadelphia Site to Create 19,000 Jobs After Explosion

Seven years after a devastating oil refinery explosion, a 1,300-acre Philadelphia site is being reborn as an innovation campus that could bring up to 19,000 permanent jobs to the city.

The transformation includes a cancer treatment manufacturing facility and reduces the city's carbon emissions by 16%.
