Portsmouth Rings Bells for 121 Years of Peace

A New Hampshire town will ring bells across the region to celebrate the peace treaty that ended the Russo-Japanese War 121 years ago.

The tradition honors citizen diplomacy and the moment President Theodore Roosevelt won the Nobel Peace Prize.
