Rescuers Launch New Plan to Save Stranded German Whale

A humpback whale nicknamed Timmy, stranded off Germany's coast for weeks, is getting another chance at survival thanks to a creative new rescue approach using air cushions.

After previous attempts failed, rescuers will use inflatable flotation devices to gently lift the weakened whale and guide it back to open ocean.
