SF Swim Raises $7M for Kids Fighting Cancer

A three-time cancer survivor is rallying 71 swimmers to fight pediatric cancer through a beloved Bay Area open water swim that has raised over $7 million in 20 years.

The September event honors those lost while funding breakthrough research at UCSF children's hospitals.
