Spain's Unemployment Falls Below 10% for First Time Since 2008

Spain just hit a major milestone: unemployment dropped below 10% for the first time in 18 years, even as a record number of people joined the workforce.

More than half a million jobs were created in the past year alone, most of them permanent positions.
