Tanzania Brings Clean Water to 1,575 Rural Villages by 2030

Tanzania is investing $328 million to bring clean water to its remaining 1,575 villages without access, completing a transformation that's already helped millions.

Since 2019, the country has more than doubled its rural water infrastructure, bringing clean water coverage from 65% to 85%.
