Texas Rodeo Launches Rural Scholarship for 4-H Students

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo just launched a new scholarship program exclusively for rural Texas students in 4-H and FFA.

Starting this year, the Hildebrand Rural Scholars Program will award up to $20,000 to help agricultural students reach college.
