Three New Astronauts Begin 8-Month Mission on Space Station

A trio of space explorers from NASA and Russia are settling into their new home 250 miles above Earth, kicking off an ambitious eight-month research mission.

The international crew arrived at the space station on July 14 and has already started conducting experiments while adjusting to life in orbit.
