Toolbox Project Hits 10,000 Care Packages in Niagara

James Symons started Toolbox Project Niagara in 2017 with a goal of delivering 25 care packages to unhoused people.

Seven years later, the grassroots effort is celebrating its 10,000th delivery, and James just received a surprise of his own.
