Tour Boat Captain Helps Save Entangled Sea Lion

After two months of patient effort, a tour boat captain and rescue team freed a sea lion with fishing line cutting into its neck in Santa Barbara Harbor.

The 200-pound mammal is now recovering and could be released within a month.
