Trooper Rescues Kitten Trapped in Car Dashboard on I-91

A frightened kitten that fell into a storm drain got a second scare when it climbed deep into a rescuer's car dashboard.

Thanks to a quick-thinking good Samaritan and a patient Connecticut State Trooper, the tiny stowaway is now safe.
