Two Italian Brothers Built India's Favorite Bakery in 1902

The pink and blue Monginis signs found across India today trace back to two Italian brothers who opened a confectionery shop in Mumbai's Churchgate in 1902.

Their little bakery became the birthplace of India's birthday cake tradition.
