Utah Wins Its First Michelin Star With New Restaurant Monte

Monte, a South Salt Lake fine dining restaurant that opened in 2025, just earned Utah's first-ever Michelin star.

The prestigious guide also recognized eight other Utah restaurants in its debut Southwest edition.
