Vermont Pastors Bring Hope to 70+ Prison Volunteers

Every Wednesday night, Pastor Josh Riggs puts on sweatpants and walks into a Vermont women's prison to lead services, deliberately dressing like the incarcerated women he serves.

He's one of over 70 volunteers bringing spiritual support to people behind bars across Vermont's six prisons.
