Victorian Puppy Farm Proposal Withdrawn After Community Push

A controversial dog breeding facility near Bendigo has been withdrawn after residents and animal activists raised concerns about its ethical practices.

The proposal would have required mandatory caesarean sections for up to 150 dogs.
