Virginia Santa Donates Kidney to Anonymous Stranger

Dave Bell, a beloved Santa Claus impersonator in Powhatan, Virginia, gave a stranger the gift of life by donating one of his kidneys.

He even wore his Santa hat during recovery to stay in character.
