Volunteers Furnish Home for Former Foster Child in Florida

Victorious Hawthorne-Charles walked into her new house to find dozens of volunteers transforming empty rooms into a fully furnished home.

The former foster child received the surprise through Place of Hope's partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
