Volunteers Rescue Injured Bald Eagle from Iowa River

A photographer's sharp eye and a team of wildlife rescuers gave an injured bald eagle a second chance at life.

The bird, now named River, is recovering after a 90-minute rescue effort along the Cedar River in Evansdale.
