Waymo Turns Old EV Batteries Into Grid Power for Texas, CA

Self-driving car company Waymo is giving retired electric vehicle batteries a second life by converting them into clean energy storage for local power grids.

The partnership with B2U Storage Solutions will deploy hundreds of megawatts of storage capacity in Texas and California.
