Woman Saves 16 Puppies Abandoned in Parking Lot

A quick-thinking rescuer saved 16 nine-week-old puppies abandoned in a Livermore parking lot, rushing them to safety at East Bay SPCA shelters.

The adorable litter is now recovering and will soon be ready for loving homes.
