Casablanca Joins UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities

Casablanca has officially joined UNESCO's Global Network of Learning Cities, a milestone that puts Morocco's economic capital alongside the world's most education-forward communities. The recognition celebrates the city's commitment to making lifelong learning available to all residents, regardless of age or background.

"The integration of Casablanca into the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities is a major milestone for our city," said Nabila Rmili, President of the Casablanca Municipal Council. She emphasized that education will now drive human development and social cohesion across the metropolis.
