The governor emphasized that when citizens and government collaborate with trust and shared responsibility, meaningful progress becomes inevitable. His administration's ISEYA Development Agenda continues to drive people-focused governance through strategic reforms and targeted investments designed to create opportunities for all residents.

A significant highlight of Abiodun's address was his exercise of executive clemency, granting release to 71 inmates. This compassionate action included early release for 46 short-term prisoners, compassionate release for 19 capital offenders based on age and health considerations, and commutation of six death sentences to life imprisonment.

Economically, the governor celebrated remarkable progress, revealing that Ogun State's Gross Domestic Product has grown to an estimated ₦17 trillion, while Internally Generated Revenue dramatically increased from ₦52 billion in 2020 to ₦250 billion in 2025. Key infrastructure achievements include the world's fastest-built international Gateway Airport and over 1,500 kilometers of road construction across 20 Local Government Areas.

In healthcare and social development, the administration expanded its Health Insurance Scheme to cover over 70,000 residents, reconstructed health facilities, and completed a 250-bed Medical Centre of Excellence. Education initiatives included renovating science laboratories, rehabilitating technical colleges, and empowering 39,000 individuals through skills acquisition programs.

Agricultural support remained a priority, with over 33,075 farmers receiving assistance, 9,000 hectares of farmland mechanized, and processing facilities established to boost food security. The governor also highlighted significant support for women entrepreneurs, disbursing ₦560 million in grants to women-owned businesses and supporting over 54,000 women.
