The Rainbow Warriors decimated the Highlanders with a remarkable 88-45 victory, showcasing their exceptional skills across every aspect of the game. Led by head coach Eran Ganot, the team demonstrated remarkable preparation and execution during their first game after an 18-day break.

Isaac 'Big Fish' Johnson was a standout performer, drilling three 3-point shots and finishing with an impressive 18 points on 7-for-10 shooting. The Warriors' high-low offense proved devastatingly effective, generating a 40-26 advantage in paint points and overwhelming UC Riverside's young squad.

The team's dominance was evident from the opening moments, scoring the first 10 points and quickly building a substantial lead. By halftime, they had constructed a commanding 46-24 advantage on the boards, with 16 offensive rebounds translating into 16 crucial second-chance points.

Coach Ganot praised his team's comprehensive performance, highlighting their preparation, ball movement, and defensive intensity. 'When they came back, obviously, all facets were very strong. We rebounded. We shared the ball. Our defense was strong, especially in the second half,' he noted.

The victory improved Hawaii's record to an impressive 11-2 overall and a perfect 3-0 in Big West conference play. With all ten players contributing to the scoreboard and 21 assists on 34 baskets, the Warriors demonstrated remarkable team chemistry and depth.

The Highlanders, missing their starting point guard De'Undrae Perteete due to a knee injury, struggled to find their rhythm against Hawaii's relentless attack. Freshman Tyler Jones started in Perteete's place, but the team could only manage four assists on 16 field goals.
