Morocco and Germany Strengthen Agricultural Ties in Berlin

At the 2026 Berlin International Green Week, Morocco is celebrating its 11th consecutive year at the event by showcasing products from twenty cooperatives representing all twelve of its regions. German Federal Minister of Agriculture Alois Rainer welcomed Morocco as a "strong partner for Germany in Africa." He praised the North African nation's efforts to address global agricultural challenges and reaffirmed Germany's commitment to strengthening relations on equal footing.

Morocco's Minister of Agriculture Ahmed El Bouari led a delegation of institutional representatives and agricultural professionals to the event.
