Fresh off being named to the prestigious 247Sports "30 under 30" list of top young coaches, Wilcox brings an impressive track record of developing elite running talents.

Wilcox's most recent success at UConn speaks volumes about his coaching prowess. Under his guidance, running back Cam Edwards exploded for 1,240 yards and 15 touchdowns in the most recent season, helping the Huskies achieve their second-highest rushing total in school history with 2,590 yards and a robust 199.2 yards per game average.

Before his UConn tenure, Wilcox demonstrated his developmental skills at Furman University, where he helped running back Dominic Roberto achieve remarkable rushing performances - including a standout 1,117-yard, 11-touchdown season in 2022.
