11-Year-Old Tianna Leads Food Drive for Salisbury Foodbank

When 11-year-old Tianna Mandson learned that Salisbury's new mayor had chosen the local foodbank as her charitable cause, she decided to take action in her own way.

The young footballer, who plays for Bemerton Heath Harlequins Youth FC U11S, organized a food donation drive that brought together her entire community. She rallied support from her football club, social club, friends, and family to collect items for Salisbury Foodbank.

Tianna presented the donations to Mayor Jenny Bolwell during the mayor's birthday celebration. The mayor publicly thanked Tianna in front of an audience, recognizing her commitment to helping neighbors facing food insecurity.
