The secret is smart design. The Tommy features two loft bedrooms, each with a full double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.

The secondary bedroom uses a folding staircase that stows flat against the wall when not needed. This clever feature frees up precious floor space while being easier to climb than a traditional ladder.

The main bedroom connects to the living area via a storage-integrated staircase, ensuring no wasted space. Every step doubles as a cabinet.

Despite its small footprint, the Tommy doesn't skimp on amenities. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, sink, fridge, freezer, and a breakfast bar for two.

The bathroom contains a glass-enclosed shower, flushing toilet, floating vanity, and even a washer-dryer combo. Large glass doors and windows throughout the home create an airy, light-filled atmosphere that makes the space feel much larger than it is.

Temperature control comes from underfloor heating and a mini-split air conditioning unit. The exterior features durable engineered wood and a metal roof built to last.
