JT Collective Tiny Homes unveiled The Summit, a 400-square-foot tiny house that skips the usual cramped lofts and fold-out furniture. Instead, it offers something rare in the tiny house world: a real bedroom where you can stand up straight, walk around, and store your clothes in an actual wardrobe.

The home stretches 37 feet long and 12 feet wide on a quad-axle trailer. That extra width makes all the difference, creating a space that feels more like a small apartment than a camper.

Walk through the trifold glass doors and you'll find a living room with a full-size sofa, a window seat with storage, and even a hanging bioethanol fireplace. No climbing ladders to collapse into a ceiling-height bed after a long day.

The kitchen doesn't ask you to compromise either. It includes a full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and a fold-out dining table. The bathroom features a glass-enclosed shower, vanity, composting toilet, and stacked washer and dryer.

The ground-floor bedroom sits at the opposite end from the living room, offering privacy and space. Built-in drawers under the double bed and a separate wardrobe provide storage most tiny houses can only dream about. The bedroom even has its own door leading directly outside.

There is one loft accessible by removable ladder, but it serves as optional storage or guest space rather than the primary sleeping area. That's a game changer for anyone who's ever bumped their head getting into bed or felt claustrophobic in a sleeping nook.
