8 Ghana Schools Reach Quiz Semifinals After Fierce Battle

The 2026 Luv FM VitaMilk Primary Schools Quiz just wrapped up its quarterfinal round, and eight schools from the Ashanti Region have secured their spots in the semifinals after two weeks of intense academic competition.

Twenty-four schools competed across twelve contests, with three schools facing off in each round. The young competitors tackled challenging questions that tested their knowledge across multiple subjects, demonstrating skills that would impress students twice their age.

The final quarterfinal contest on March 25 delivered an exciting finish. Defending champions Matta Devi School topped the round with 43 points, proving their title wasn't a fluke. Happy Royal International School and Jesus Grace Academy finished strong with 38 and 34 points respectively, showcasing the depth of talent in the competition.

Manner International School stole the spotlight during the quarterfinals by scoring an impressive 55 points, the highest of any school in the entire round. That performance signals they're serious contenders for the championship trophy.

The eight advancing schools include Manner International, Precious International, God Reigns Academy of Excellence, Elysian International, Adventist Academy, Divine Mission Academy, Supreme Montessori, and defending champions Matta Devi.
