Arizona Pig Steals Homework and Teachers Actually Believe It

When Arizona student Taylee told her teachers that her pig ate her homework, she had something most kids never get: video evidence.

Mom Jacey Tinsley caught the whole thing on her home security camera. The footage shows their mini-pig Polly snatching Taylee's backpack off the counter, dragging it to the floor, and shredding several assignments.

The Tinsleys already had a following on social media for documenting life with their three mini-pigs. But this was the first time one of them had created a legitimate school crisis.

Jacey immediately emailed Taylee's teachers and administrators with the security footage. She took full responsibility: "If/when you see any work that's partially eaten/chewed, that is 100% on us, not Taylee."

The teachers' responses were pure gold. Taylee's principal replied first: "Okay, I have to admit this is a first for me!! I'm trying not to laugh hysterically..."
