The aid targets people in seven devastated regions: La Guaira, Distrito Capital, Miranda, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, and Yaracuy. Verified users in these areas will each receive $20 in digital currency vouchers, providing immediate purchasing power when traditional banking systems may be disrupted.

The company is also waiving all peer-to-peer transaction fees and merchant payment fees in Venezuela through July 2. This means families can send and receive money without losing any portion to service charges during the critical first week of recovery.
