The 32-year-old former world title challenger collapsed after a sparring session on July 24 and was rushed by helicopter to a Danish hospital. Doctors diagnosed her with a brain haematoma and cerebral swelling, requiring emergency surgery and a medically induced coma.

Chapman has now undergone a second successful procedure, marking a major milestone in her recovery. Her management company, Vote Boxing, confirmed she could travel home as early as next week to continue healing surrounded by family and loved ones.

The Norwich-born fighter has competed at the highest level of women's boxing, challenging for the WBC featherweight title against Skye Nicolson in Saudi Arabia last October. She holds a professional record of 10 wins and 2 losses.
