Bystander Lends Bike to Cop Chasing Suspect in Maryland

On June 15th in Rockville, Maryland, Montgomery County police responded to reports of an adult soliciting a minor on Shady Grove Road. When officers arrived shortly before 8 p.m., the suspect bolted on foot.
