"Everyone loved it," Paige tells PEOPLE. "When the officiant asked who was presenting the rings, the best man handed the remote control to my husband."

The couple tucked Remy around a corner before her big entrance, keeping all 100 guests completely in the dark. When she suddenly appeared, cruising toward the altar, the surprise created the perfect moment of joy in the middle of the ceremony.
