Fall River Firefighters Rescue Cat, Control Blaze in 20 Min

When flames erupted between floors at a Fall River apartment building, firefighters didn't just save the structure—they also rescued a beloved family cat trapped inside.

The Fall River Fire Department responded to 52 Meadow Street on Tuesday afternoon after residents reported smoke filling the hallways of the three-apartment building.
