First-Grade Ravens Win Flag Football Championship Undefeated

Ten first-graders from Northeast Ohio just proved that age is no barrier to championship glory. The Ravens flag football team completed an undefeated season by clinching the NEO A Division championship with one of the most dominant performances youth sports has ever seen.

The numbers tell an incredible story. During the regular season, the Ravens outscored opponents by a jaw-dropping 152 points. Their defense was nearly impenetrable, allowing just one first down and one touchdown throughout the entire year, including playoffs.

The championship roster included Lincoln Meeks, Jackson Gundic, Niko Phungrasamee, Richie Eberhard, Dominic Bonacci, Karson Kane, Luca Cala, River Lipsey, Rocco Casella, and Roman Zigman. Each player brought their own spark to create something special.

Head coach Jacob Meeks led the team alongside defensive coordinator Rob Gundic and assistant coaches Justin Phungrasamee and Ricky Eberhard. Their coaching created an environment where young athletes could thrive while building confidence and teamwork skills that will last far beyond the field.
