Football Team Visits Preschoolers for 20+ Years Running

For the past 20 years, the biggest guys at Lansingburgh High School have been showing up to play with the littlest kids in Troy, New York.

The varsity football team continues a beloved tradition each February, visiting A Child's Place at Unity House to celebrate the Super Bowl with preschoolers ages 3 to 5. Players skip their Friday classes to spend the morning with children who see them as larger-than-life heroes.
