Georgia Tech Sweeps ACC Baseball Championship in 13-6 Win

Georgia Tech's baseball team just delivered the kind of complete season every program dreams about, capping a dominant year with their first ACC Championship title in over a decade.

The top-seeded Yellow Jackets defeated second-seeded North Carolina 13-6 on Sunday at Truist Field in Charlotte, completing a rare sweep of both the regular season and tournament championships. No ACC team has accomplished that feat since the Tar Heels themselves did it in 2013.

The championship game marked the first time two top-three ranked teams have ever met in an ACC Baseball Championship final. Georgia Tech didn't just show up for the occasion. They brought fireworks.
