Mr. Alopoh Eric, an administrator at Chastin Intellectuals Academy, explained that the school's talent shows came from a simple belief that every child has a unique gift. The platform gives students a safe space to showcase their abilities before an audience while building the self-confidence needed for life beyond school.

The shows are doing more than entertaining audiences. Students learn creativity, teamwork, and time management through rehearsals and performances. Those who take leadership roles in organizing events develop decision-making skills and learn to guide their peers.

For many students, what starts as a simple school performance blossoms into genuine passion. Television programs like TV3's Talented Kidz and Adom TV's Nsoromma have shown how nurturing young talent can create real opportunities, inspiring schools across the country to create their own platforms.

Challenges remain, including limited funding for equipment, shortage of qualified instructors, and the heavy emphasis on academic performance over creative development. Some parents prioritize examination results, leaving little room for extracurricular activities.
