Giants Star Darius Slayton Marries Olympic Gold Medalist

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton just scored the biggest win of his career, and it had nothing to do with football.

The 29-year-old athlete married Olympic track star Anna Hall on April 11 at Oheka Castle, a stunning historic mansion on Long Island's Gold Coast. The couple's love story started with a gutsy move that would make any coach proud.

Slayton had been following Hall on Instagram, but they'd never actually met. So he did something unexpected: he showed up at one of her track meets in New York without telling her he was coming.

After the competition ended, he walked right up to her, introduced himself, and asked her out to dinner. Hall said yes, and the rest is history.

Fast forward to November 2025, and Slayton planned a proposal that brought their relationship full circle. He told Hall they were going on a fancy date in the city, but when their car pulled up to Icahn Stadium instead of a restaurant, she knew something special was happening.

"He told me we were going on a date in the city, which we do a lot," Hall told Vogue. "So I didn't think anything of it, until he told me he was dressing up. Then I was a little suspicious, because he never dresses up!"

Slayton got down on one knee right there on the track where they'd first met. The 25-year-old athlete said yes to the teammate she'd been looking for.
