Groom Makes Surprise Wedding Vows to Stepdaughter, 15

When Casey Fleming finished exchanging vows with his bride Shannon in Flagstaff, Arizona, he had one more promise to make. The groom turned to his new stepdaughter, 15-year-old Sabella Cassar, and shared vows he'd written just for her.
