"He kept his head down, took no risks at the beginning with the restart, and then one by one, one by one," Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff told Sky Sports F1. "I must really say, an amazing drive."

Wolff went further, saying "today there was nothing that would have stopped him" despite the challenges of starting so far back.
