The Dykema DSO Industry Group announced it will match donations up to $5,000 for each of three dental charities featured at the 13th Annual DSO Conference, July 15 to 17. That means up to $30,000 in total support for oral health programs serving people across all ages.
The matching program centers on what organizers call the Continuum of Care. It's a simple idea with powerful reach: oral health matters at every stage of life, from a child's first dental visit to a senior regaining confidence to smile.
TeamSmile brings together dental professionals and sports teams to deliver free care to underserved children. Since launching, the organization has hosted more than 350 programs, served over 65,000 children, and provided more than $24 million in free dental care and education.
Saving Face focuses on early detection of oral cancer through education and routine screenings. Executive Director Amber Young survived because a dental team caught her cancer early, inspiring her to help others get the same life-saving opportunity.
Dental Lifeline Network connects vulnerable adults, including seniors and people with disabilities, to free dental care through 12,000 volunteer dentists nationwide. For more than 50 years, the organization has helped patients who couldn't otherwise afford treatment.
Conference attendees can donate to any or all three organizations by scanning a QR code at the Continuum of Care display in Cottonwood 4. Every contribution gets matched instantly, dollar for dollar.
