In a college sports landscape dominated by transfers and early departures, Michigan State point guard Jeremy Fears Jr. just made a statement about the value of patience and growth.

After leading the entire nation with 9.4 assists per game and adding 15.2 points per contest during the 2025-26 season, Fears tested the NBA draft waters. Just before the May 27 deadline, he pulled his name out and committed to returning to East Lansing for his senior year.
