Montenegro Renews Oracle Partnership for 4,000 Students

Montenegro is doubling down on preparing its next generation for the digital future with a major education partnership that puts advanced technology training in reach for thousands of students.

The Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation just signed its third consecutive agreement with Oracle Academy, extending a collaboration that started in 2018. Over the next four years, roughly 220 schools, 400 educators, and nearly 4,000 students will get free access to industry-standard curriculum, cloud technologies, and professional development opportunities.

Minister Prof. Dr. Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović says the renewed partnership represents a critical piece of the country's digital transformation strategy. "We will provide several thousand of our students and teachers with free access to top-quality educational materials and technologies that are shaping the modern world," she explained at the signing.

The program covers the tech skills employers actually want. Students can dive into artificial intelligence, Java programming, SQL and database design, and cloud computing through hands-on projects that build real expertise.

Teachers aren't left to figure it out alone. Oracle Academy provides comprehensive teaching materials and ongoing professional development, ensuring educators have what they need to deliver engaging, relevant lessons that connect to actual career paths.
