The AI has already made discoveries that professional researchers missed. It found that some dinosaur tracks from over 200 million years ago share remarkable similarities with modern bird feet. This suggests birds might have evolved tens of millions of years earlier than scientists believed.

The system also identified mysterious footprints from Scotland's Isle of Skye as possibly belonging to the oldest relatives of duck-billed dinosaurs ever discovered. These 170-million-year-old tracks had puzzled experts for years.
