President Bola Tinubu welcomed leaders from Nigerian Diaspora Medical Associations Worldwide to the State House in Abuja this week, celebrating their commitment to bringing world-class healthcare home. The doctors have already launched medical outreach programs across Nigeria, providing surgeries, specialist consultations, and health education to thousands of people who desperately need it.

"I have been through that journey, I'm home now and I can tell you there's nowhere like home," President Tinubu told the visiting doctors, sharing his own experience of working abroad with major companies before returning to contribute to nation-building.

Nigeria is investing in medical education, research facilities, and digital health infrastructure to create an environment where these skilled professionals can thrive.
